Welcome to By Jul—where texture speaks louder than color, and where less is always more.

By Jul started while picking art for my new apartment. I wanted pieces that were coastal yet elevated, minimal yet bold, and sculptural yet serene. Nothing loud—just simple + amazing. When I didn’t find them, I made them. One spool of rope turned into two, and then ten. What began as a design fix quickly became a daily ritual. Now, it’s a collection.

I studied architecture at Pratt, spent my life near the ocean, and have always been drawn to pieces that do more with less. These pieces, made by me, in my two favorite places—New York + Miami—feel like a love letter to everything that inspires me, and I’m so excited to finally share them.

Sculptural, minimal, and made to collect—quietly bold in the way only timeless things are. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and crafted with intention. Small batch, made slowly, and designed to live with.
